Customer Introduction: Trustpath AI is a seed-stage, Dublin HQ’d, remote-first startup founded in 2023 that has secured over €1m in funding to date. The solution enables companies that are driven by artificial intelligence to effortlessly navigate customer compliance questions, offering clarity on AI operations and data handling.
The Objective: TrustPath AI is a newly founded technology startup that needed to hire two Founding Engineers and one Sales Rep. The objective was to secure these hires but to ensure they were of high caliber, possessed a mix of leadership potential with ownership in their career, were still hands-on, had a hacker mindset, yet could think strategically and have knowledge of the regulatory and compliance space. To get these ‘purple squirrels’ we had to get in the mind of the Founder and work very closely with him.
In a highly competitive market, Trifecta had to figure out where to headhunt these candidates, and to do so quickly. In collaboration with TrustPath AI, we had to look at how to effectively assess candidates for suitability as one of the business’s first employees. Trifecta had to ensure TrustPath AI had an excellent founding team in Q1 2024.
The Solution: Trifecta tailored a recruitment strategy to meet TrustPath AI’s needs. Though we were external partners to them, a combination of agency-style proactivity and drawing on our in-house experience was critical in successfully finding, assessing, and securing the x3 hires.
Trifecta created a market map of companies, breaking down every possible target across core geographies. Live salary and equity data were sourced and provided to the business for current and future hiring insights. As partners to TrustPath AI, Trifecta created an interview and assessment framework to support the Founder in his interviews to ensure there was no stone left unturned during the interview process.
