Customer Introduction: Founded in 2019, Boundless Technologies is a seed-stage software company that

provides employer of record (EoR) solutions to expanding companies globally. With a focus on compliance and transparency, Boundless Technologies is on a mission to become the EoR of choice for companies to ensure they hire awesome talent, no matter where they are located, compliantly.

 

The Objective: With a great Employer Value Proposition, the business was receiving hundreds of applications per role, which can be overwhelming and impact the experience of hiring managers and candidates.

 

Boundless Technologies wanted to avoid high agency fees and ensure they successfully onboarded a range of hires in Q1 & Q2 across: Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal. These were key hires for the business that would help them to further their success, so they needed speed in hiring and thoroughness in the recruitment processes to get the right hires onboard.

 

Having a strong Talent Operation and best practices was also important to Founders so that both hiring manager and candidate experiences were at an optimal level.

Trifecta Talent rebuilt interview flows, scorecards, and documentation while delivering on all open positions.

 

Trifecta also oversaw the applicant tracking systems(ATS) and managed it to start pulling data from each role for the business to have a benchmark against talent metrics. All in hand with delivering on the hiring needs of Boundless Technologies.

  2. Trifecta Talent started to incorporate data measurement across hiring processes to ensure that a baseline was set for Boundless Technologies to exceed the industry averages. Their Time to Hire became 28 days (Industry average is 38 days).
