Customer Introduction: As a remote-based start-up, our client is pioneering advancements in blockchain technology. With a sophisticated solution tailored for a burgeoning market, their team has been crucial in propelling the movement toward blockchain stacks, all while maintaining flexibility and ensuring optimal security.

 

The Objective: As a business with just 50 employees and no internal Talent Partners, the client needed embedded talent partners who could embed and take ownership of their core talent acquisition needs to hit their headcount plan within a limited period of time.

 

They needed Talent Partners who understand the space, are agile in their methodology, can identify ways to improve talent metrics, build structure around processes and the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure that for their future recruitment needs and their future Head of Talent, there is already a foundation around talent operations that can be built upon.

Training the users of the ATS as well as introducing interviewer best practices ensured detailed and effective scorecards not only for internal reviews and decision making, but to optimize the experience of candidates.
