Trifecta Talent

We believe finding growth-defining talent shouldn’t be exclusive to latter-stage ventures and we’re here to facilitate early-stage ventures to obtain the talent that will amplify their journey to become the next tech powerhouse.

The inception of Trifecta Talent has been brought about due to the trends and challenges we have witnessed in early-stage start-ups when they are trying to grow and hit the next milestone. The acquisition of talent that embodies the same values, mentality, and ambition of the company can be difficult to find and hire.

Trifecta Talent is the strategic, flexible, advisory and delivery partner for technology companies. With credible co-founders, we draw on our experience across the entire talent landscape and ensure the delivery of all talent acquisition initiatives across the business.

How It Works

Connecting with one of our Co-Founders, we will look to understand your challenges and forecasted hiring plans. We will then share and discuss with you a proposed solution and action plan

Kick-off meeting

We will discuss your talent acquisition strategy, headcount plan, timelines and the challenges you are aiming to overcome.

Service Proposal

Following the first discussion, we will share with you our proposal of the service which we feel would work best for you to achieve your objectives along with insights from our experiences and the market.

Project plan

With our partnership agreed, you will receive a comprehensive project plan, market map and strategy along with strict timelines in order to achieve your goals and to ensure communication and alignment on how success will be achieved.

Delivery

While executing the plan and service model, we will ensure we are communicating weekly and reporting on key talent metrics, market intelligence, and the results of any initiatives implemented.

We have strong experience in supporting companies in the UK, Europe, UAE and North America.

The experience we draw on has been collectively accumulated spanning over 20+ years with tangible anecdotes and cases where we have successfully grown and expanded talent strategy and functions from scratch.

We are not transactional recruiters moving into this space. We are experienced in-house talent professionals passionate about candidate experience, process improvement, diversity, attraction & retention strategies, and using market data to inform talent decisions.
